Hi everyone I have some good news to share with you, it’s a nice change from all of the dividend cuts that I’ve had to share recently. On April 14th the Board of Director’s at Johnson & Johnson announced a dividend increase of 6.3%. This marks the 58th consecutive year that JNJ has raised their dividend.

JNJ is going to be increasing their dividend to $1.01 per share up from $0.95 per share, this is a pretty nice boost for the environment we are all in these days. I currently own 24 shares of the company so my quarterly income will get a boost of $1.44 and annual income goes up by $5.76.
